Fraudulent account in my name

Homechoice allowed someone to open an account in my name. I only noticed when debit orders started coming off my bank account. They have since resolved that it is fraud in October 2020. To this day September 2021 they have not Closed the account or sent a letter to the credit bureau to rectify this. Only today 14 September did I receive a letter of resolution of the matter.
