There are so many wrong things with this fraud business and I am going to explain why. 1. Non-professional non-ethical personal they lie to you and do not perform necessary professional labor. 2. NO REFUNDS they LIE to you you'll get it and you NEVER get it. 3. 2x 3x times overpriced part price and service. I bought the replacement part (Navigation System CCC Unit) for my BMW M6 2007 from this business. After receiving/installing the part it came BBA Remanufacturing Inc have not done any job (they had to re-program unit) and sent me unit taken from different BMW model (regular 6 series). I called them back telling I did not have AUX function and more functions specific to M model were not found. They told me the only my option was to go to official BMW dealership for re-coding ($800). So I paid them $1150 for part which real price is $500-600 on Ebay and on top of that they lied to me I had to pay again for reprogramming. I contacted other professional from who I bought another unit and who re-programmed it for my VIN - that's it the job they have not done. After accusing them for their lie I requested my broken part back and shipped them their original part and requested refund. They received their part and told me it takes 6-8 !! weeks to get my refund back. After 8 weeks passed I called them and they told me it takes 8-10 weeks. I get I would never see it because as of the moment I posted this complain it's 11th month. So currently I filled complain to Attorney General's Office of MS State as well as created process of disputing transaction with my bank. Again - they DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY REFUND. THEY ARE FRAUD. Check other complaints where people wrote they sued them and won the process.
