I simply ordered clothing for the 1st time from them. I was told NOTHING about any club costing me $24.99 a month! They simply started taking the money out of my debit account. Then, when I called to clear it up and get my refund, I kept getting transferred and put on indefinite holds. I talked with an overseas rep that told me that she took care of it. Yet I did not trust her, so I called back. I asked immediately for inland and got a lady that took more time with it. The overseas girl LIED! It had NOT been taken care of, and I was still a star member of their club. I have turned them in to the BBB and the Government fraud unit. And implore of you to do the same! User's recommendation: I ask of anyone this happened to to turn them in to the BBB, and Consumer fraud, and stay away from any ordering from them or anyone associated with them!
