“fraud” agent stated it’s at 0.00 balance but on my credit report shows deliquent for $1750.00 he advised me I had a $0.00 balance.

I knew it had been paid off immediately after the dental surgery. Smile Dentistry. The customer service agent cut me off while trying to explain and hung up the call. I tried to explain what was on my credit report but repeated it at a $0 balance and disconnected.
