OK after a year with dealing with them i figured it out and got their secret. They print the statements before the due date and if you pay on time (the second you get your bill) you wont get a statement. If you mail a check it will clear your account within 5 days but they do not post them until after a statement has printed and after the due date. Same with automatic bill pay as others have stated. They also charge a $100 late fee. Someone needs to shut them down. They start collections before you receive the statement if you even get one. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
