Bought this pergola a year ago this June, the company expects you to keep a receipt to something that you Bought back then, keeping receipt for an item that you have and enjoying was not needed. However we had a snow storm in FEBRUARY and the capony ripped, the handyman that removed it, threw it away, the weight of the snow and ice was more than the product could bear, and now I have to chase down a receipt from the store that I got it from..totally unfair. Went a customer give a product number, and replacement part number that should inform the company that you bought that product... User's recommendation: PLEASE KEEP RECEIPTS, AND CONSTANTLY CALL, EMAIL, AS THIS COMPANY DO NOT CONTACT YOU BACK..I HAD TO EMAIL 5 TIMES, AND UNNUMBERAL PHONE CALLS TO AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM.
