i have visited bk #23202, 4011 Del Prado Blvd N, North Fort Myers, Fl 3 times in last week. 1st visit April 25. Dining room closed. because Mgr blew off. sat 25 min in drive through. food cold, overcooked, made improperly, inedible. Fish sandwiches. .2nd visit. May 4, sandwich overcooked and inedible. original chicken. both dog and myself got sick. chicken not what i ordered. 3rd visit. new cashier with no training. did not know how to ring up order. hash rounds cold. User's recommendation: do not go this restaurant. poorly managed and employees nor trained.
