I downloaded software and installed per their program and I could not connect to my phone. I spent an hour working thru their troubleshooting notes, setting parameters on my phone. These were fairly exhaustive settings and I felt uncomfortable about opening my phone security to allow this software to connect to my PC, but felt OK since it was connecting to my PC only. After many tries, it never connected. I purchased another vendor's software and in less than 5 minutes, it connected to my Phone, and was scanning for lost files. I asked for a refund and after several emails, they want further private information of my PC, (Computer name, to open Hidden Files and send copies of these to them) and I will not do this. I have never had any company ask for this. Seems like it would make my system to Open to be Hacked.
