Follow up to your question.

I did receive a form letter back from FTD stating that their flowers are guaranteed to be fresh for 7days. If not satisfied they would replace or refund. I did respond to that email, but doubt I will hear back. The problem is they did not start the order process until 2days before the scheduled delivery on 2/12 for Valentines Day knowing full well that the flowers were coming from Bogota Columbia. When you order in January for Valentines Day. You do not want them delivery on Monday or Tuesday after. Kinda misses the point. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the Seattle delivery because of snow, but asked for a refund on the other. Doubt I will get it. As I told them I will go direct to a local florist in the future.Be User's recommendation: Be careful.
