Follow up paperwork

I leased a vehicle Dec 2019 ref [protected]. Name: Paula Perrin, Address: 54 Vista Road, WA11 0RJ. There was an incident with the vehicle parked on the drive. The driver was uninsured so I am attempting to reclaim my excess via the MIB. I have been asked for a copy of my original agreement for the hire. I have asked for this several times but keep being emailed the damage report and the invoice for the damage, not the original rental agreement. Please can you provide the original paperwork so I can evidence to MIB.
