Update by user Aug 03, 2021 Turns out, This is not resolved. Payment pending at the time, was not reversed as requested and paid to BudgetAir. Currently filing a dispute of this charge with U.S. Bank. Original review posted by user Jul 02, 2021 Received full refund. Unsure as to how resolved. Returned funds appeared in my account prior to return of dispute claim form to US Bank. User's recommendation: Dont use unless you are very familiar with them and you are the only party needing to access and communicate with them.
