I was unable to attend a Celebration of Life ceremony. So I tried to send a beautiful wreath on an easel to represent me and my family. The person taking the order said it would cost more to have it sent before the 10 am ceremony. I paid for that. Then, I called the day after the ceremony and they said it was delivered at 11 am after the ceremony. My computer was down so when I got to the public library saw they had gotten a message on the day of the ceremony that they could not find a florist to do the order and it was never even delivered. So, not only do they lie but they do not deliver.
