Flowers delivered to the wrong address

When I noticed that the flowers would be delivered to the wrong address, I contacted Bloomex (which wasn't easy) and they promised to change the address - it didn't happen, the wrong person got the flowers. - phoned again - left messages - finally after hours a woman answered: - "so sorry - will send a new bouquet to the right person" - 3 days later I phoned to check if my relative got the flowers: No - no flowers. - now 6 days later it starts all over again: Nobody answers the phone, nobody listens to the left messages on the phone, nobody phones back........ . User's recommendation: don't buy flowers from Bloomex.
