Iplaced an order for same day delivery of a flower and plant combination basket. Got a call,the florist has no flowers. I was at work so I cancelled the order and the next day placed an order for something similar. Again same day delivery was a must.... it was chosen because they stated this item was for same day delivery if ordered before 2 PM. Again I get a call that this florist still has no flowers and agreed to only plants in the basket because it was urgent. At end of day, not delivered. When I called, was now told this florist doesnt even have any plants. That he could get some next week and put it together for delivery during the week. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never order thru FTD again.
