Flight was cancelled and no refund was received

We booked the flight on 8/1/20 with an ANZ credit card and it was processed on 13/1/20 as Malindo Mob100HORCUG10 Petaling Jay. Due to COVID-19 the flight was cancelled and we asked for a refund. They only issued a credit note that only lasted 12 months so that won't be sufficient as we can't travel for a few more years at least. That is why we wanted a full refund as we won't be allowed to fly safely any time soon. Details of the cost: $520.71 x 2 flights = $1, 041.42 $460.71 x 2 flights = $921.42 Total cost = $1, 962.84 I can send you a PDF of all the flight confirmations but I couldn't attach it to this request.
