Flight reservation canceled and refund not received for more than 30days

Date: April 23rd, 2021 Hub booking # [protected] ANA confirmation # 2QFRH7 Ticket #[protected] Amount charged: USD530.91 Request a refund On April 23rd, 2021 at 5:24 pm, I have purchased a ticket from FlightHub; However, I need to cancel it due to a double booking issue. FlightHub confirmed my cancelation on the same day on April 23rd, 2021 at 6:28 pm, and charged a cancelation fee of USD75. It stated that it will refund my total ticket amount of USD530.91 within 7-10 days since I canceled it within 24 hours. However, I have tried to contact Flighhub several times for my refund and got no answer. It has been more than 30 days and I have not received my refund yet.
