I was trying to book a flight from Santiago of Chile to Dublin for the 2 of October. When I had to pay it, it send a code to my bank, I have put the code and instead of confirming the flight, it send it another time, and again and again. But it never confirmed my booking. I went to check my bank account and eDreams took my money twice. So I do not have a booking confirmation, I do not have a reference booking, but it is paid twice and if I would have had more money on my bank account it would pay for every time that I had to put the code. I want the money back of at least one of the bookings and the confirmation of the other. Or would be better all my money back so I can purchase a ticket somewhere else
