Original flight was changed by Southwest 3 times then flight was cancelled. Flight left next morning for Oakland CA via St. Louis then Seattle, with 2 small kids & pregnant wife all day travel. Original flight booked on SW was non-stop! SW did not pay for hotel room and first hotel said they overbooked and they had to find another hotel. Flight cancelled 15 min before takeoff so NO Luggage! SW is the worst. Beware, your t User's recommendation: Do Not Fly SW.
