Flaw (Break) in Yarn

I just recently purchased a ball of your Coboo Yarn. After starting a couple of rounds into my crochet project I ran into some defective yarn. Some of the strands were broken off. I was very disappointed. I was starting to crochet a sweater and I am now afraid that there might be more sections like this in this ball. I took some pictures if you need to see them.
