I purchased a fitted kitchen from Wrens infinity plus high gloss range. From day one there were issues with the quality of the paint finish. Doors arrived chiped and scratched, there were lumps under the paint and numerous other issues. The kitchen has 15 doors and to date I've been supplied with 43 !!! Wren are quite happy to send replacement doors but they are just as bad. I rejected the kitchen but Wren refuse to acknowledge my consumer rights. As a last resort I've started a section 75 claim for my money back from the credit card company.
