I have purchased three Fitbit watches and I have had the same problem with each of them. First the band breaks and then the watch starts to malfunction! It starts with the watch not holding it charge for the specified time, and it gets worse! After two years it will not charge at all! I was not using any notifications or any special apps! When you contact the service department they are of no help, and you can't understand hem due to the accents! I will never purchase another Fitbit watch! User's recommendation: Do not purchase any Fitbit watch! have had three different models and each has given me the same problem! Get the Apple watch,Garmin or Samsung!
