Dear Fitbit Not long ago, perhaps a year { though I am not sure that I have any paperwork), I purchased a Fitbit Charge 3 from you online. Last week, the rubber strap split on the edges of the buckle. If you would like or need, I can send photos. I was wondering if your department had a policy to replace this item? In the past when I have contacted Fitbit, the company and your department, have always been extremely generous and helpful.
