On August 11, I went to GM and bought a 1911 Remington Hand Gun. I did the background check and paid for the gun with my credit card. The background check was delayed. I called On 8/15 to ask about the background check and they said it still hadn't came through. I went by today a guy told me they sold my gun even after I had already paid for it. I'm not sure if it was sold to someone else or someone took it home. This concerns me. I paid for this gun and was waiting on the background check and they sold it to someone else. They couldn't confirm if it had been sold to anyone else. They expected me to believe it. How can you resale a gun if it's paid for to someone else?
