A few weeks ago one of your reps mentioned that my maintenance fees were not paid. This was not true. WRONG! After spending time leaving me on hold, she finally figured out that I indeed paid them on January 18th. To make things worse, a huge financial mistake was made by your company. On February 22nd, I received a letter from your company stating that I have not paid my dues!! They said I owe $1,566.80!. Insane. To be clear, my initial payment for my 2 weeks was $2,917.80.
