Garage door spring broke on the weekend Saturday morning placed a service request online. It was dispatched to a vendor. However that vendor does not have a weekend crew. 4 calls to FHW I had to explain to the FHW rep each time the situation, no record of previous calls, reading from a script. I have to go to work and unable to get cars out of garage. User's recommendation: Don't use this service if you expect response in an emergency situation this service is similar to insurance and they can not fulfill it.
