FHA Mortgage Insurance

Have heard ABSOLUTELY nothing from this bank! The law says they should not be charging me a fee for this insurance as my loan to value % (51.9) is substantially below what the requirement is. WOULD NOT CONSIDER a Mortgage with them as they are extremely hard to contact (letter writing only) and hard- headed about wanting to charge you for something they should not be charging you for! User's recommendation: NO...................FIND ANOTHER way to finance your mortgage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
