The store at 834 Providence St, West Warwick, RI is still under stocked. The shelves are still not as full as they should be with many items nearly out of stock or totally out of stock. As I previously stated, this store is adjacent to two multi story senior citizen homes. The residents who live there use CVS for literally all of their shopping needs. It is sad to see them walk over, walk through the store and have to leave as a result of the under-stocked shelves. Both of the original managers have been transferred and there doesn't seem to be any replacement on titethere doeofmanagers
