My husband and I just had a new house built. All of our doors are Thermo- true doors. One of the doors is a French door and it was apparently, obviously, faulty when coming off the assembly line. The seal was broke in the door. So, it had moisture in between the panels of glass. When I pulled up contact information for Thermo-true they refused to speak to me saying that I needed to contact the contractor, and then go through the dealer where we purchased them. They refused to speak to me. Even though I was the customer that purchased their products. They were also very rude. anand short with me and short with me. User's recommendation: I do not recommend them at all.
