The natural instincts didn't work on my thicker hair so I called twice.. After the second call it was resolved with them giving me a full refund. My first call wasn't successful so that is why I didn't appreciate having to try again User's recommendation: I would definitely not give up and to go through pissed consumer as I don't know if that's why I was successful after second call.
