Falsification of medical records and unfair release of care

This is my second complaint regarding this issue with the Emory Healthcare. Unfair release of breast cancer patient treatment due to complaint. Falsification of medical records through their attorney, Anna Fretwell. They are still not giving me my correct medical report. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BADLY RUN BY MANAGEMENT especially Dr. Horowitz . User's recommendation: Warning how you get treated at this 'so called' medical facility!!
