Researched this harness, and got "good-is" reviews. Using their size guidelines I ordered a harness for my dog. It arrived at least 3 inches too big. They would not allow exchanges or refunds because of the customization, which is a velcro attached name plate which could be kept and a smaller size sent. They said no, because of their deeply buried return policy, that actually has a 40% discount on purchasing the right size. Size guidelines are WRONG. Return policy is a scam. Come direct from China. DO NO SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Most like just a few people on computers, no physical stock is my guess. Shame on them. User's recommendation: Do not support Doggie Kingdom.
