I bought a City sale coupon in Studio Décoltet for a manicure with gelish varnish. The manicure was terrible, but the result was even worse. I myself would have done better then. The nails were unevenly trimmed and the edge of the white French manicure was painted in a slant. It didn't look like anything. I definitely do not recommend going to Salon Studio Dekolte to do a manicure.
