False Claim on shipping

I placed my order on 2/11/2021 and paid for it at that time. TODAY IS 2/19/2021AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER! YOU SITE SAYS 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING. I JUST TRACKED MY ORDER AND IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT YOUR FACILITY. IF IT IS NOT AT MY HOME BY THE END OF TODAY I WILL DEMAND MY MONEY BACK AND REPORT YOU FOR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. User's recommendation: NEVER!
