2 weeks after purchasing a black pair of flip flops the dye was coming off onto my feet. I reached out to Skechers who advised they would offer a discount for new ones but they appeared to be worn out from usage (2 weeks). Many attempts were asked of them to explain how "usage" made my feet black . They refused to accept they are DEFECTED and they are. User's recommendation: Just don't buy them! If something isn't right, they won't back their own products.
