Absolutely pathetic service received from Rochester! Apart from incorrect pricing being advertised and Rochester not willing to honour their deal, I received an email to communicate that my order would be cancelled from an extremely rude consultant who refuses to give us a call or a contact number. Furthermore, my payment for the online order done immediately however I am still awaiting feedback as too when I will get a refund on a purchase I'm not receiving!!!
