Fake Tracking Number & NO product

I placed an order several weeks ago. Three days later I received an email stating my order shipped. A DHL tracking number was provided, but is invalid (I thought DHL shipped freight, not small package). I attempted to track through USPS (trying to give the benefit of the doubt), but it is invalid there as well. I emailed Rossi Nails again 5/4 and was told they checked my order and it is on the way. I requested a valid tracking number and have not received a response. I don't expect I will. The website said they were a US company, which I relied upon prior to placing my order. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and hopefully obtain resolution through them. User's recommendation: NO do not order.
