In November my wife took her 2007 GMC Denali to Gilchrist Chevrolet for routine service. while there an internal fault was diagnosed for the switches on the steering wheel. Gilcrest receipt # 711867 shows that three switches were ordered and paid for on 12-02-2020 and that one switch was back ordered My wife was called on 19 February and told switches were in the dealership, and an appointment was made for 10 Am Today Tuesday March 23rd. At approximately 5: 15 I drove my wife to pick up her car and was told nothing had been done. No excuse was given by any employee on site. And I was told that Service manager was not available. I have been a General Motors customer for 45 years and a Gilchrist customer for 20 years. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere for Service work.
