Failed to follow through

I requested internet service to my new home back in mid-February. Frontier came out on March 9 and connected the internet to the home. No problems there. However, the technician told me that the internet line would be buried that week by engineering. It is strung across my yard and across a busy residential road. Engineering has never come to finish the job and bury the line. The line has been broken multiple times because multiple cars run over it daily. I work mainly from home these days and rely upon the internet to do my job. I have called customer service multiple times since March. A technician has come out multiple times and has told me the same thing...they can not bury the line, engineering must do this. Well, it is now almost June and engineering has not done it and Frontier has failed to follow through on the job I requested back in mid-February. They have not failed to take my connection payment, nor my monthly payments, but they have failed to finish the job. User's recommendation: If your are using Frontier for internet, don't expect them to follow through in a timely manner. Expect the run-around.
