My package from Walmart was to be delivered on 8/27 only to find out that OnTrac delayed the delivery due to weather/service alerts. Not sure what 'weather' the driver was experiencing as it was sunny all day on Friday. When I checked their website there were no service alerts either. Are these even trained drivers? This is the 3rd time OnTrac has failed to deliver packages to me. I have since called Walmart and instructed them to use either FedEx or UPS on all further deliveries on my account and strongly urged them to no longer use OnTrac and explained why.
