Failed to deliver a TV

I had a scheduled delivery, they missed the window they gave me for when they'd deliver. My wife was at the door and I walked to the mailbox at the end of our street. No box truck drove past me, just one car. When I got back there was a note on my door claiming to be the exact time it was right then saying they missed me. They never rang or knocked. I called their office, their customer service two said she couldn't get them to go back. I literally am paying them to deliver my product, yet the CS can't get them to do their jobs?! User's recommendation: Stay far away, ask for a different company.
