Update by user May 02, 2021 There has been no movement at all. The Unidigi Store has stopped communicating.. Short of travelling to China and knocking on their door, there's not much I can do. Original review posted by user Apr 02, 2021 I bought a new Umidigi cell phone from the Umidigi Online Store at AliExpress.com. It blew up after 11 months. I contacted the store about warranty in April 2020 - yes it was under warranty. However, since sending it back to China for service would be slow, the man at the end of the internet suggested that I have a local engineer have a look at it. After several months I had had every part except the motherboard replaced and the phone still didn't work. I mailed it to the store address in China and the USPS confirmed that it had arrived in Beijing in July 2020, after which they could not track it. I started asking about it in September and the man at Umidigi said they could not find it. For 8 months I let him string me along with tales about his "logistics company" looking for it (that would be China post!), non-existent China Post reference numbers, delays due to long Chinese holidays - anything at all. By March I asked him to quit stalling and send me a phone. Now he isn't talking to me at all. User's recommendation: Don't buy an Umidigi phone - mine failed quickly and the support was horrible.
