Failed customer service

Today - went to tan at the Moncks Corner salon and the girl could not spell anyone’s name. The line was backing up. After telling her several times, she got it. She put me in a bed and after I got in the bed it wouldn’t cut on. Opened the door told her to please cut it on. My husband was getting in the bed beside me heard me and told her. She said it had a 5 min delay. I got up got dressed went out there to her. While I was there she put a lady in room 3 who came back out while I was still waiting and asked for a pair of glasses. She checked ours but evidently didn’t ask her. She reached back grabbed a pair and handed them to her. That was discrimination right there. We were checked before we went back and she wasn’t plus one time my husband forgot his and had to pay for a pair. I never got to tan because she didn’t know what to do. Unacceptable!! I want to know what will be done to compensate my time and gas for driving there and never getting to tan. Y’all have a door at the Goose Creek Office that has been broke for weeks so if we go there we have to wait forever for a bed.
