Failed collection…again

I have not had my parcel collected for the second time this week, having stayed in specifically both days! You have emailed me on both occasions saying that the courier was unable to pick up. They either went to the wrong address or are not telling the truth. I have applied for a refund for this service ref: P2G8811**** which I hope will be expedited quickly, though with my recent experience, I'm afraid I don't have much with in that...lets hope I am wrong. I look forward to a satisfactory resolution as soon as is possible. John Anderson
