Extremely Unhappy with the service

Waited 6 months for a replacement mattress after being sent to me faulty. I felt like I was being called a lier for complaining about a faulty mattress that was proved by an Independent advisor that it dipped 3.5" where it was not filled accurately. It took 6 months for Bensons to return the mattress to the factory and replace it with a new one User's recommendation: look around. No head office telephone number. No name of anyone in Head office. Contact centre where staff will NOT let you speak to the supervisor. Told many lies by agents.
