Extremely poor sevice

My father bought an LG tv cash three years ago at Ok furniture groblersdal and the tv was damaged unfortunately and my father was then the deceased by then but the tv was still on the extended warranty which was is valid. Then the widow my mother went to ok branch to lodge a complaint and she was send pillar to post which results into poor service of the ok furniture to their customer. Thereby The widow was told to go to the police station and write an affidavit that my father past away of which my mother went to the police station and write that as instructed then later on during the OK investigation my mother was told that she doesn't have a right to claim for the product bought at Ok store since my father was deceased and ok furniture stated that they can not fix or give out a new tv. In that regards the widow still in possession of the damaged tv as the ok furniture customer care doesn't want to resolved the problem. When ever we purchase from them in cash you then regarded as good customer but when ever we lodged a complaint they ensure that they get a loap whole to drill you so that they don't pay or fix product un extended warranty. Ok furniture sore is failing their customer with their bad service.
