I wanted to open a new account with the branch I have across from my place and walked in. I said that I wish to inquire about a checking account, and the teller said that her colleague will assist me soon. She asked for my name, and even offered me a coffee. There were 3 employees in the teller area and other than me, no customers were in the branch. I waited for 40 minutes before meeting with someone to discuss a checking account. Comfortable environment, but waiting times way too long.
