Booked a preferred junior suite in cancun. Confirmed and reaffirmed with the agent that this is what we were getting. Got to the resort and we were booked in a regular room. After much complaining the front desk changed the room to junior suite no view and stated it's 400.00 more. Called Primo this morning and they are saying "human error" and I have to pay the additional 400.00. I've been scamed!!!! Do not buy this membership! It's a SCAM! User's recommendation: Do not buy this membership. It's a SCAM!
