And when I confronted him over the phone, he admitted to looting OLA customers like that. This is outrageous. I want my money back and such drivers should not be hired in any cab service. Also, Ola has the worst customer care service ever, so FIX THAT. User's recommendation: Don't take a cab from Ola.
