Dear Sir/Mam, I am travelled with 10kg Luggage. from Sangam Alandi to Hyderabad i asked him to ticket for Luggage but not gave me ticket and my amount 50 Rupees not gived i said many times give me ticket or many he is not gaved and he crying with me so please i requesting to you give him punishment. Bus Timing at Sangam Alandi 6:00 AM Hyderabad Afzal Gunj 11:05 AM Bus No:- KA38F1236 I am attaching her photo for your reference please give him earliest punishment.
