This company is so bad I hesitated to give them any stars at all but I am forced to give them 1 to rate them. The owner of this company is a crook. He does not stand by the aggreament made and then makes up policies to suit him after he steals your money. I am a military member who rented a wheel chair for a WWII veteran for one day. The salesperson and I agreed to one day rental and pick-up and delivery. I paid them $50 to borrow a wheel chair for a day, as if that wasn't enough, they charged my $70. They charged me for an extra day and the owner (Mr. Daba) told me they have a 3 day minimum policy which is a lie, because on their website it says they have a 2 day min if delivered over 20 miles, but my drop off location was only 10 miles from their location. Even if they did have this policy somewhere, it is not what the salesperson and I agreed upon and when I called Denise back, she verified that I only request a wheel chair for one day but that her boss (the owner Mr. Daba) would not allow her to refund my extra day charge. I asked to speak with Mr. Daba and he refused to come to the phone and talk to me about the situation. Well Mr. Daba this is America and not whereever it is you come from and that is not how we do buisness here. You were not willing to make this right so I am going to try and make sure no one else gets ripped off by your bad buisness practices. It was only $20 but do you really want to do buisness with a person who you cannot trust to do the right thing? These people have your credit card information. If you have ever done buisness with them, cancel your card immediatly!!!
